This issue comes up a lot when a user updates their computer to the latest version of Windows. 


To Prevent This:


  • CTRL + R then type in Regedit
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\DisableDomainCreds
  • Enable this to 1


This should fix most the users connectivity with the programs such as Avatar, SSOP from not opening.
